Marble Restoration
One of our Specialities - this process involves Deep Cleaning of of the surface of this Natural Stone. The wonderful sheen of a polished Marble floor is not its natural state, to achieve this look it has to go through a series of processes which smooth the surface eventually polishing it to give it the wonderful lustre and elegant shine.
Specialised machines, designed for this purpose, with diamond abrasive pads and water are used with varying abrasion grades to bring out the shine, along with specialised cleaning products to polish, enhance and seal the surface to protect and ensure a long lasting finish.
Once achieved all that is required is simple cleaning with a stone soap, diluted with water which will protect and feed the stone.
Crystalisation
This is a process widely used in the Restoration and Maintenance of Polished Marble floors, it was invented in the 1960's and is widely used around the world.
Through the use of specially formulated Chemicals and purpose designed buffing machines, microns on the surface of the Marble are transformed from Calcium Carbonate to Calcium Fluorosilicate. Tests have proven this process creates a more durable finish on the surface of the Marble, making it more resistant to wear and tear and prolongs the shine. Especially useful in high traffic areas such as entrance halls. Another important feature of Crystalisation is that it leaves a non slippery surface. It also acts as a sealer against staining and moisture penetration thereby eliminating the need for further expensive chemical sealers.

Another of our many services include repair of existing Marble Floors, Vanity Units, Granite Worktops etc. Chips and cracks can be repaired and more often than not the repair will be invisible!
Whether its just a chip, crack or replacement of a whole section. The best possible outcome is always our main aim.
What we always keep in mind is that Marble is a natural product and colour variations do occur, we will always try to achieve a finish that will blend in with the existing floor or unit, If you're happy, we're happy.

Marble Maintenance
Something we perform on a regular basis is maintenance of Marble Flooring, Walls and Tiling.
Depending on the type of wear and tear your surface gets will determine how often this will need doing. The more frequent the use, the more regular the maintenance, whether it be monthly, quarterly or annually we are happy to work around your needs.
In the case of areas where work will be interrupted by the process we are more than happy to work around work patterns even if it means doing the work out of hours. Any requirements can be easily arranged.
Property Maintenance
Something else that we find we're doing a lot of is general property maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and decorating along with patio laying. Most requirements can be met so please feel free to ask about anything you may require.
